OS:Ubuntu 8.04,i386
version:deluge 0.5.9.1

Download files inside LAN.
We,people in a LAN,use bittorrent protocol to share files.
Disconnect from internet.

My preferences:
Bandwidth-Maximun Upload Speed(KiB/s) 100.0

But it always go up to far beyond that like 450 KiB/s resulting in my low download speed.
Even set the speed limit of single Torrent Upload Speed by using right click context menu.

I am wondering if this is because speed limit does not apply to LAN connections.

So you mean it is a bug that speed limit does not work inside LAN?
