I notice that there are no RPM for fedora core 6.

Why? No demand or no submitter?

You should probably ask the Fedora maintainer of the deluge package since we don't make packages for Fedora.

it's because fedora core 6 is ancient. there are fedora packages for 7, 8 and 9...you should upgrade.
