Download status of files not saved (unrelated to other one)

Okay, so you know how I said the select all-->don't download right and then I set some of them to download, no problem. Close deluge, start up next time, set a few more to download, close deluge, start again, and the ones set the second time reverted to the first time (as in don't download) which thankfully I noticed, or else I would have been running Deluge and it wouldn't have been downloading...don't know if this is a bug anyone else had, but it did happen for 2/2 torrents that I did the steps described, windows port, XP 32bit Media Center Edition....might be a one time freak bug but...
