Torrent file is not loaded

I updated to deluge windows v 0.5.6 this morning but unfortunately, nothing happened after i selected/loaded torrent files. it is not appear in the deluge at all. I downgraded to earlier version, but the same thing happened.

try rm ~/.config/deluge/persistent.state after you upgrade and then try to relaunch deluge
