Ive had 3 trojan flags for this when using deluge in the last 2 weeks (different files). No flags on full scans with defender or malwarebytes and the site I use is ext.to which is deemed safe.

Is this a false positive flag?

Yes, there is no malware or viruses in deluge. Torrent programs are regularly detected as false-positives. You can simply add an exception to the path for Deluge.
