I got this error (below) trying to use deluge yesterday. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Deluge to see if this was a fix. It was NOT. Can you help me get this remedied?? Keep in mind I am not overly computer savvy so detailed recommendations in layman terms would be helpful. I use KeepSolid VPN unlimited.

I would suggest to post it in the Windows support topic. Maybe somebody else have experienced this error before or is familiar with Windows permissions settings. This specific forum section is for Linux based installations.
