Not seeding.

Deluge will not seed for me. Its pretty strange, considering I can get uTorrent and regular old bit torrent to seed just fine, but Deluge simply refuses to and just doesn't do anything and I get no uploading info when I finish a download. I've gone through the preferences but I haven't seen anything to address this. Any idea whats wrong?
