Torrent List blank after install 2.2.0

Hello,

My client does not recognize any of the completed torrents from before in that the torrent list is empty, despite uninstall and reinstall, even after attempting to add torrents using the .torrent files in the /state folder. It stays blank.

What's odd is that Deluge was working nicely for a short while after the new update, but now no matter what I do, it does not do anything to reclaim in anyway the old torrents.

Update: I suppose I forgot to ask the crucial question: Can you help me get my client to re-recognize all the torrents, that were seeding and in progress? So far it seems that it's resilient to anything that I've tried.
