old PC died hard.
new mother board, chip, ram, etc.
Same external HDD with deluge and torrents. Drive letter is the same. its the exact install of deluge (i'm a little surprised it ran without needing reinstall)
is there a quick way to re-add all the torrents? I know previously i was able to move %app data etc % to the new pc from an old PC but this time my old pc was toast.
if there's not anyway that's ok. maybe its time to widdle down my extensive torrent collection.
maybe the newest version of deluge has a way? i'm afraid to download and install anything new because i remember the last time i did this i needed the exact version for the torrents to propagate.
New PC, Old external HDD with deluge. how to add all torrents?

%APPDATA%/deluge contains all your config and state info.
If the paths for the data are all the same, you should just be able to straight copy it over to your new user dir and start deluge.
Make a backup of it before you start deluge for the first time just in case,
