understanding 'Auto Managed' toggle

Not sure I grok the settings under Preferences->Queue and 'Auto Managed' anymore.

1. what exactly does per-torrent 'Auto Managed' (boolean) option toggle? Does it toggle whether the Queue settings are applied or not?
2. if it does toggle queue settings, then does 'Auto Managed' enable/disable all the settings under Queue, meaning all of 'New Torrents', 'Active Torrents', 'Seeding Rotation', 'Share Ratio Reached'?

Looks like at least Share Ratio Reached section is not toggled by 'Auto Managed'

Hello Basher,

Automaged would automatically stop, pause, seed, download certain torrents. If you did not use automanage, then it would do what you manually have configured it to do.
