I've been through some older discussions that mention WebUI plugin in the context of magnet-link support.
I currently run Deluge ver. 2.1.1 and after enabling WebUI still struggle to comprehend how Deluge deals with magnet-links. For instance, how do I open the following link:

Doesn't 'add' torrent menu work in top left? No plugin needed.

I would appreciate if you could demonstrate visually how you use the "add torrent" menu, because I've tried and couldn't work out how to add a magent-link from there. You may use the magnet-link accessible from the following link as example:
