Deluge
Due to recent, and ongoing, spam with our Trac login via Github feature, we have decided to upgrade the server and migrate to GitLab CE.
During this transition, normal Trac (Development section logins) via GitHub and new account creation have been disabled. If you still have a previous username and password login, they will function normally.
We're sorry for the inconvenience but want to assure you that we are not going anywhere.

In the mean time, if you have a bug you'd like to submit a ticket for and do not have an account, feel free to send me a PM with the details.
Details include a description of the bug, any steps to reproduce, your environment, relevant context, and versions of software of anything you think is pertinent.
