How to create a new torrent file?

Hello, I have deluge installed on a NAS server with open media vault software. deluge version 2.1.1 what plugin should I use and how to install it to be able to create new torrents

I dont believe you can create a new torrent from the webui, so you'll need to install Deluge locally for your OS. You won't need to connect to the deluge daemon, but if you want to manage your instance in thin-client mode that is possible as well.

I prefer thin-client mode to the webui.
