about encryption

hi everyone i m happy now using deluge, well as u you know the last version support encryption ,but i have 2 question about it i understand about encrypt out and in bound but what mean encrypt entire stream?

I banned the user, but is indeed confusing so if others wondering then specifically related to "either" level, where here able to define if preferring full-stream over handshake(prefer_rc4 in libtorrent's settings_pack, where rc4 is full-stream and handshake plaintext) when both is an option(in/out). And no, encryption surely not a new deluge(libtorrent) option!?
