Where download Deluge 1.3.15?

Hello, how can i download Deluge 1.3.15?
I found some mirrors on internet but the source is kinda no trsutable, i prefer an official download site.
Note: Also Inform that the download page is broken when you browse it in FireFox.

You didn't specify OS but I assume Linux based on your profile...
sudo apt-get install deluge=1.3.15
This should work assuming Debian or whatever default OS repo's maintainers haven't removed it.

And what about Windows? i also need to install Deluge 1.3.15 into a windows PC.

I don't have any 1.x version installers, but maybe someone else here does.
Either way, verify the hash of the file before running any exe's - you might be able to find it googling.
https://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/ReleaseNotes/1.3.15 has the hashes.

I found the binary and the hash matches, uploading to archive.org and will post link when its online.
Here's the link, as I said before, always check the hashes when you are not getting it from the original site regardless of if its from archive.org or otherwise...
