Deluge
So I recently updated to the latest version of Deluge and the speed of my downloads has plummeted dramatically.
I'm not able to get anything higher than 200-250k/s.
I haven't changed my settings since updating, and I'm not tech savvy enough to know which options to even begin tinkering with in order to figure this out. Can anybody offer some advice?
