bug: moving torrent to the same folder forces recheck

When torrent is moved to the folder it is already in (e.g. when moving several torrents and accidentally marking some which are already in the desired folder) it is rechecked. 2.1.1

I haven't looked at the code but when moving, and destination has the data already, then rechecked and moving quited if already there with integrity. Granted I guess the devs could add check for if same source/destination then quit operation entirely but rather improvement than bug I'd figure, and edge-case, and not fully sure how correct would be e.g as not done already by libtorrent itself(and moving implies rechecking integrity), but see your point of-course.
