Major Torrent Download Fragmentation in 2.1.1

I'm getting very fragmented files in Deluge. There used to be an option to enable FULL ALLOCATION to prevent this. Was it removed?

Sorry don't know anything about this, and just posting to answer your question of if/why full allocation removed. It's removed since compact allocation deprecated(full allocation in deluge was just internally '"compact_allocation": False ') and instead new single pre-allocate option added:
