I've been experiencing this weird issue where torrents do not complete for a long time. The download starts up normally and downloads with great speed (40-60MB/s), but when it gets to the final 1% or so it slows down to about 20-200 KB/s). And then it just does not complete and the progress percentage even goes backwards sometimes.
. After a few hours the torrent will reach like 99.80% and it slowly moves up towards 100% but when it gets to like 99.98% it suddenly goes back down to 99.76 % or something.The torrent just keeps doing this loop and doesn't sometimes doesn't complete and sometimes takes a very long time to complete, even though there are dozens of seeders and it's a very active torrent.
