Force deluge thin client to restore my torrents after restart

Since upgrading to version 2, every time my computer reboots (its rare, as its used as a server, but occasionally Microsoft forces it to update) all my torrents are gone. I've been using the daemon and it connects fine and I have various state files, .bak files, and some tar.xz files in an archive folder under \AppData\Roaming\deluge. How can I make it use these files instead of having to manually re-add and check all my torrents? Thanks!
