On my Synology NAS (DSM 6.2.4-25556) I was using deluge 2.0.3-13 (SynoCommunity package). I upgraded to 2.1.1-17, and after the upgrade, I can't start deluge. I check the status in the terminal (synopkg status deluge):

deluge package status is stopped but unit is active, it is possible 
that package encounters an error after it was started successfully
Status: [310]

I don't know what to do about it. I need some guidance.

There's only a single deluge bug-ticket open at the synocommunity packages github, which is for failing to start deluge after such upgrade, but specifically for i686 chip setups, so maybe you're affected by this possibly. Still unresolved though and need collaberation with libtorrent devs also seemingly, as ticket opened there too by syno-package maintainer.
