Having Trouble While Working on it

Hello friends, I am experiencing a weird issue that I cant seem to solve it anymore. Actually I recently download this Deluge the latest version. But I am having a problem while I am working on this. The first few days I did not face any kind of issue, but since last night I am encountering this error message "Event ID 1000 Error." I have no idea why this happens.
But after searching online, I came across this particular post. They suggested to run DISM and SFC scans. But I had not use this method before. If anyone suggests if this method might be helpful or not, I shall be grateful.
