New torrents lost when queued/busy/starting w/thin client...

With Deluge 1.3.15 and before, the Thin Client/Server had an absolutely rock solid behavior of always remembering .torrents or magnet links added to it when they were disconnected.

When the thin client & server were reconnected later, the backlog of new torrents was added, and they'd upload. Same with deluge starting from the associated files/links. This has been amazingly useful with crappy mobile internet, or when switching VPNs on and off, etc, etc... Basically, deluge never let me down.

But now with 2.1.1, it's not always adding them when reconnected. Sometimes they don't show if it's the first .torrent/magnet that's caused Deluge Thin Client to start up... and if the client is busy with some well seeded torrents, also more weird behaviors... Different to what it was before. It's just not as reliable. It doesn't seem to have transaction queue or whatever it uses, to make sure everything done on the thin client does get done on the server...

Has this changed?
Can the robust behavior it had before be restored?
TIA.
