Newb question about peers and seeds

Hi,
I've got what is probably a very newbie question about peers and seeds. I've had a torrent waiting to download for over 24 hours, and there's only a few seeds and torrents, but it doesn't seem to want to actually download the torrent - hopefully I can link the image in imgur: https://imgur.com/a/Ffqkxv0.
So why are they showing as zero with other numbers in parenthesis? And most importantly, how do I get the torrent to download?!
