Hi,

I run deluged 2.0.3 on a VM running Ubuntu Linux. My download location is /media/BitBarrel/Bittorrent/Temp, and I have configured the "Move completed to" option to move completed torrents to /media/BitBarrel/Bittorrent. "BitBarrel" is not a local disk but a mounted CIFS share.

Recently I have upgraded Ubuntu from version 20.10 to 21.10. Since then, Deluge will no longer move completed torrents to /media/BitBarrel/Bittorrent. Manually moving the torrent to a different location with the "Move download folder" menu option also no longer works.

When changing the download location to /media/BitBarrel/Bittorrent, the torrents download just fine to that location, so it's unlikely to be a permissions issue.

Does anyone have a clue as to what's going on here?? Thanks!!!

I suspect you're using libtorrent 1.2.9 which has this issue with deluge. You can upgrade or downgrade to fix, e.g use this PPA for latest libtorrent 1.2.x: https://launchpad.net/~libtorrent.org/+ ... /1.2-daily
