Losing webui password after restarts

Whenever I restart deluge docker (linuxserver) the webui password gets reset to deluge.
In the dockers log it says that it cant find the file webui.conf:

I have tried deleting the webui.conf, let deluge create a new one and change the password, also tried changing the password via the webui.
And cant manage to make the password stick, dont have any problem with the thinclients password (the one thats on auth) and all other conf work like they should and dont reset.
Anyone has any clue?
