Not moving Completed

Hi all
Seems that Deluge is not moving completed items so *arr cannot grab them.
In *arr, I have categories sets (tv, movies)
Deluge Labels are set with 'move completed' to folders of the same names (<path>/tv & <path>/movies)
Several torrents have DLd, they do not move, just sit in /incomplete folder forever seeding
If Deluge Label is not set to move, then *arr will see/grab them in <path>/incomplete
I dont see a way to check DL the logs, according to the Wiki https://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Troubleshooting shows an About option, which I cant find in the UI. I'm simply missing a way to do it in the UI?
I run Deluge in a docker container (prebuilt image) and I'm a total noobie with Docker with a VPN built in, I'm not about to try messing with the container.
