Webui and chrome profile

I have something very odd going on. I use chrome on my windows desktop and have a raspberry PI running Deluge that I can connect to with the windows app, and with my work profile in chrome. I have a second profile for personal stuff and that's where the problem is. I cannot get to the webui while using that profile. I can connect to it with other browsers, it is just this one profile. I recently switched computers and when I logged in to this chrome profile, it pulled in something that keeps the problem. I have deleted passwords, I have deleted cookies. This connection used to work.
My next step is to go all wireshark on it, but I was hoping someone might have some ideas before I start digging through packets.
