Deluge 1.3.15 on Raspbian Buster loses all notification and YARSS2 configuration on restart

Hi,
As per subject I'm experiencing this annoying issue.
From the log file:
This happens after a restart.
While it is in execution it retains configs and works perfectly.
Anyone experiencing the same?
Any help would be really appreciated.
