Deluge2.x on CentOS8 + Fedora link broken

Hi,
Is there any guide on how to install Deluge 2.0 on CentOS 8? I seem to have a hard time finding the right post. I scoured though 50 forum pages but there are only CentOS7 posts with Deluge 1.x guides.
Also the Fedora link in the Downloads page is broken - https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/deluge/
Do we have a Deluge repo for Centos8 or source build is the only way?
