All bandwidth settings are -1 (which I assume is unlimited)
Download fly (like REALLY fast)
Uploads not so much. Even getting peers to connect seems problematic. I get connections but they seem few and far between. Running mostly IPTorrents private trackers. The big issues is upload speed. Never goes above ~25 kbps and I'm running on a Digital Ocean hosted box with plenty of bandwidth.
Suggestions?

This tracker has a lot of people seeding most of the time, people with best connection are always privileged (BT design). Try to pickup a new torrent with very low seeders (a recent one).

As long as the external connection test is successful, and it should as you seeded already, the setup should be fine. But people connect to a limited number to seeder per torrent, the faster connection the best ranking. The long play is my way.
