I followed steps in order to have deluged daemon auto start when my raspberry starts. However it doesnt work. It is strange because after restar I try to start it manually and it says "port is already in use" as if it has already started. But my windows client can't connect to it, doesn't show up. The way I fix it is my stoping with sudo systemctl stop deluged and then manually starting "deluged" from prompt.

Please help, I've had this for over a year. Let me know what info you need me to share.

-share your systemd service config and the output of a "ps-aux|grep -i delug" as root (or via sudo)
-Conidering the service is "deluged", what's the output of "systemctl status deluged -l" after a reboot?
-Enable the log output and raise the error level of the deluged daemon (check the wiki for how to)
