I can see/open connection manager/preferences but torrent window does NOT show

I've tried searching "torrent window" "invisible" and a few other combinations and haven't been able to find my issue, let alone a soultion.
I have Deluge 1.3.15 on a Gentoo server, and 1.3.15.1 Mac os App. Classic mode is unchecked. I can open/see Connection Manager and Preferences host is entered correctly, green and connected. However the Main/Torrent Window does not show/open. I've tried "show all windows" when in Deluge, and the only windows that will open/show is Preferences, Connection Manager, Create Torrent, Open Torrent and About. but I cannot see torrent, their status etc.
I have also tried uninstalling Deluge (deep clean/uninstall with Clean My Mac X) on Mac and reinstalling. I can't think of anything else to try.
