Torrents won't seed if "ignore slow torrents" is enabled?

I have a bunch of zombie torrents that I'm keeping around just in case they suddenly get a seeder and complete. Only problem is, they take up a valuable queue slot that could be used by an active torrent, leaving Deluge doing nothing. Clearly, this is the situation that the "ignore slow torrent" option is for, so I have it checked. But I've also noticed that once my torrent completes, it refuses to start seeding, it just sits in the queue, leaving me with zero seeding torrents. By a complete accident, I've discovered that the "ignore slow torrent" option is the cause, uncheck this option and my queued torrents suddenly start seeding.

Is there a way to fix this, or is this a known issue? My seedbox is running Ubuntu 19.10 and Deluge is 2.0.3 if that helps.

Not reported so please create a ticket (bug). It may be linked to the libtorrent version you use.

I'm still using the old version and this option works regarding the limit I set for downloading items: with it, slow torrents are active and bypass my limit.
So it may depends of your queue settings (I set mine to an high number so all my torrents seed all the time, not useful to answer you)

Ah, I got it figured out! Since you mentioned setting queue settings to a high number, I tried setting my total active torrents to 200. That got the torrents seeding again! I would have figured that 100 total active torrents would have been enough, but it seems not!
