Install on debian

I can't find a way to install deluge 2.0.x on debian/raspbian/buster. Is this supported?

I'd be interested if anyone knows of a way to get deluge 2.0+ installed in Raspbian/Debian Buster (10), as well. I'm stuck with the webUI to access the daemon on my server, but I miss some of the thin client features!
