Rule-based downloads of files inside torrent

I am wondering if there is a plugin where I can set rules as to which files are downloaded from torrents I add to Deluge.
The specific use case is that I want torrents with only one large video file to start automatically with no dialog prompt, but if there are many large video files in a torrent I don't want the download to start automatically.
