Setting Path when Creating Torrent File

I am trying to create a torrent using deluge-gtk and am having trouble with the path. I see no way to set the path to the target folder. After creating the torrent file I add it to deluge but it gets an error. The path displayed in the details is not the correct path for the torrent. It seems it forces the path to the temporary download path rather than the path for for finished torrent. How do I fix this? TIA.
