Thanks a lot to authors for this project. But I have a question:
Why are there no new versions for so long? The last version at download page was dated 2017 - 1.3.15, beta for 2.0 was dated 2017 too (http://download.deluge-torrent.org/2.0).
Please ask me, when will be the release 2.0 or new 1.3? Is this project not live?

It's a one man project done in spare time with a big workload, but you can build from source or use the PPA for new builds for ubuntu. To help advance the project, send patches/pull-requests or donate to the author's patreon.

How I can see this project is updating every month. Every month is created bug tracker requests and fix. But I can not find the last source of Windows version. The last version what I could find dated 2017 too - https://git.deluge-torrent.org/deluge.
Maybe I do something wrong.
Pease, say me where can I find the last source of Windows version.
