Deluge is using %25 cpu all time

I have 300 torrents but all are paused. Deluge is using %20-30 Cpu, my cpu fan is running all the time. I love deluge , please help me to reduce this cpu load. (version 1.3.15) (windows 7 64bit)

I also have around 300 torrents seeding. Deluge uses around 50% of one CPU on a two-CPU VPS. Transmission runs at less than 5%. That's the difference it would seem between compiled C++ and Python.
Nothing you can do about this, alas.

It sounds weird if I tell you I'm running >600 torrents on a RPI? No specific plugin or else may explain such CPU usage?

I'm using deluge 2.0 beta and it's normally using around 5%
Only time its goes higher is when a torrent is finished and it's moving to my seeding folder.
