Deluge and CyberGhost

Hi all
I have Deluge 1.3.15. I recently got CyberGhost VPN and when I turn it on, Deluge stops downloading.
Could you please tell me whether there is a setting I haven't found that can make Deluge download properly no matter whether CyberGhost is on or off?
