Queue/Pause downloads if Minimum Disk Space is met

Hi guys, would be great if someone made a plugin that queue'd torrents up, or paused them and resumed etc, if a specified disk space was met, so that when the local drive hits 100gb for example, deluge stops downloading until it sees the space is back at 120gb for example and knows the torrent will fit, or partially fit etc.
