My Deluge 'Progress' bars are very difficult to read as the bar fills in. Starting, the text is black, but as it progresses, the text turns the light grey with a similar color, as seen above. Is there a way to change this?

The above screenshot is on Manjaro KDE, with the deluged service hosted on a Mint 19 computer on my LAN.

The colors are based on the GTK theme of the client computer.

It is a GTK theming issue, not something set by Deluge, see viewtopic.php?t=54142

A bit of searching and Eclipse seems to have a similar issue: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=435102
