How do I upgrade???

I know it might sound silly, but I get the notification to upgrade, but no instructions on how to do it.
There is no info on the FAQ either. Do I download the file and run it? Do I have to follow any particular instructions? Do I get rid of the already existing program?

Just make sure deluge is closed and not running and then run the installer for the newest version
