My PC (Windows7 - 64 bit) crashed, and I can't login to Deluged (web interface) anymore. I didn't have any issues before the crash

I am trying to login from the same computer that Deluge is installed on (localhost: port#).
If I put in the correct PW, the little login windows just flashes. If I put in the wrong password, I get a warning that the PW is incorrect.

Rebooted again, and was now able to login. No idea why I had the previous issue.
(Maybe related to the time change to DST?)
