tweaking User Interface

I am running Deluge on my xo and it seems to work just fine. I'm only slightly bothered by how the user interface renders on my small but high-resolution screen. mostly the font is too big and words then get cut off. Is there a way that I can change either the font size or the resolution at which the whole user interface is rendered?

In the gtk2 prefs, you can change the themes, font type, sizes, etc...

I have Windows, it's a program that runs and it shows you in the window how the changes will look.
There should be something similar that you could type into the terminal to run it... or somewhere, I don't know.
