I use a seedbox. To be a good torrent user I checked Stop Torrent At A 2.0 Ratio, go out a few hours, get home, torrents have seeded to 360%.
It used a good chunk of my seedbox limit.

Any way to fix this?

If you set those settings after the torrents were added, the old torrents were still using the old values. You can manually update those torrents individually, or just stop them and move forward with new ones.
