I'm using the newest deluge in windons 10, and I can't seed back the torrents. I know there is a topic, and I using the recommended settings, but still nothing:

Have you configured a fixed port, fixed your IP for the computer, and checked of the port is reachable from outside? (Google it, a lot of site give you the opportunity to do it)
The Upnp (aka autoconfiguration) feature is enabled and should work, but maybe it's the issue
