Move torrent to 'Pause' state

Hello!
I've been using Deluge for a couple of weeks and so far I'm very impressed. I have 1.3.13 running on a Synology DS216j

The challenge I'm having is that the finished torrents are not moving from a state of 'Queued' to 'Pause'. This is important as the paused state is when Sonarr will do it's clever stuff of moving and renaming.

I've tried a combination of settings with no luck so far. Currently I have the settings as
Share ratio 0
Share Time 0
Seed Time 0
Stop sharing when seed ratio reached xx - unticked
(I started high on all of the above and slowly moved numbers down).

Can someone please give me some guidance on what I may be missing here?
Thanks in adavance!!

You need to tick this:

Stop sharing when seed ratio reached xx

Then push the Apply button.

Thank you, I have tried that with no luck just yet. Does the xx value need to be greater than 0?

The standard (unmodified) build of Deluge will not allow xx to be set below 0.5. But once you have reached whatever value you set there the torrent will go into the paused state, and I have verified that this works. I run xx=0.00
