Deluge Forum

Hi. I want to run deluge on multiple users on my server so each user can have it's own instance running. Can anyone help me do that.

If i run deluged on another user i get this error:
rpcserver:376 Couldn't listen on localhost:58846: [Errno 98] Address already in use.


I'd love if someone can guide me to run it on another user on the same server.

It has been covered before on the forum. You need to use a separate config dir and different deluged port.

I've looked around as well and cannot find a modern complete explanation on how to setup different configs and starting the service under a 2nd user.
