Prioritize seeding of certain torrents

I have a number of torrents that I leave my computer seeding. Some are fairly popular, and have lots of other people seeding them. A few others are very unpopular, and rarely have anyone else seeding them. I would like to prioritize seeding those unpopular torrents, so that they are available to anyone who wants them. Specifically, I would like the popular torrents to be queued before the unpopular ones. I don't need this to be done automatically, a way to manually assign priority would be fine. Is there a way to do this?
